1. All fire exits and escape routes on the premises are to be kept clear at all times. 2. The fire alarm system and emergency lighting is to be checked regularly. 3. Persons under the age of 18 years are not permitted on the premises. 4. Identification of customers must be checked before admittance. 5. To fix a CCTV camera at the point of reception so the images of all persons entering the premises and leaving the premises is captured. 6. To install CCTV which will record straight to a hard drive and from which images and recordings can be obtained in reasonable time on request of the police for crime and disorder purposes. 7. To maintain an incident register which will be utilised by staff to record anything unusual or especially which relates to crime and disorder issues. 8. To maintain a nominal register of people as they enter and leave, which must be supported by an identity card, unless specifically known by staff member. 9. To place a 'no under 18's sign' at the entrance. 10. To make positive steps to identify the age of a person if they appear to be under 21 and to not allow any person entry if they are under 18. 11. To produce a sign at the entrance which will in simple terms identify the club and its purpose and mount the sign at the entrance.
