Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. There will not be any irresponsible drinks promotions at the premises. 3. The ‘Challenge 21’ proof of age scheme and City Link Communications Network is to be in operation. 4. The premises will work closely with the neighbours, to monitor issues arising locally. 5. All staff are to receive training in Health and Safety issues and be aware of issues arising from misuse of drugs and underage drinking. 6. The premises are to have a fire evacuation procedure. All staff are to be trained in this procedure and to be rehearsed regularly. 7. Drinking vessels are to be made of safety glass. 8. The management will remind customers to leave the premises quietly and respect the needs of local residents. 9. Bins are to be sited at exits to reduce littering. 10. Staff are to be placed at exits to ensure no bottles or glass are removed at closing time. 11. A colour CCTV system to the minimum specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 12. Children under the age of 18 should be accompanied by a responsible adult and off the premises by 21:00 hours, unless attending a private, pre-booked family type function or event sited in a designated family friendly area. 13. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted when the premises is operating as an adult venue. 14. The designated premises supervisor or other such responsible person will be responsible for co-ordinating the safeguarding systems at the premises. This person should act in accordance with the training and guidance issued by teh Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board. 15. The outside drinking area will be clearly defined by barriers so that customers are not permitted to spread out over the extensive forecourt. 16. A designated member of staff will monitor and be responsible for the outside drinking area at all times. 17. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 18. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 19. To comply with the reasonable requirements from South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue.
