• 1)The premises will have adequate safety and fire fighting equipment and such equipment will be maintained in good operational order. 2)Staff will be trained on matters of safety and use of emergency equipment as required. 3)Floors will be suitably slip resistant in all public areas and will be kept in a clean and well maintained condition. 4)Where appropriate, prominent clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 5)There will be sufficient rubbish bins in the premises to enable customers to dispose of waste packaging etc. 6)All plant and machinery will be maintained in good operational order. 7)Extraction systems and filters will be maintained in good operational order. 8)Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties. 9)Food packaging will be only what is necessary to dispense food to minimise the risk of littering. 10) There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
