Additional Conditions
1. Staff involved in the sale of alcohol will receive training on matters concerning underage sales, drugs policies, and operating procedures. 2. The premises will operate the challenge 21 proof of age scheme and will require photographic identification from any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years. 3. The management of the premises will liaise with Police on issues of local concerns or disorder. 4. A representative of the premises will be a member of the local licence watch scheme and shall regularly attend licence watch meetings. 5. A colour CCTV system to the South Yorkshire Police standard will be installed and maintained in good working order and will operate while the premises are open to the public. Images will be stored for 31days and copies will be made available to responsible authorities upon their reasonable request. 6. Alcohol will be displayed in areas where there is adequate supervision by staff. 7. Staff will be trained on matters of safety, evacuation and use of emergency equipment as required. 8. Fire exits and means of escape shall be kept clear and in good operational condition. 9. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 10. There shall be adequate controls in place including staff training to safeguard against the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years. 11. To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 12. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 13. The racking system shall be suitably constructed for its intended use. 14. The premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service has inspected the premises in respect of the electrical certificate and racking system and are satisfied that theses are suitable in respect of service requirements.
