The premises will operate as a café / coffee lounge with seated dining facilities. 2. Substantial food will be available up to one hour before sales of alcohol cease, unless a private pre booked function occupies the whole premises. 3. A colour CCTV system to the minimum specification of South Yorkshire Police (Cafés) will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 4. Persons shall only be allowed to remove drinks from the premises in sealed containers. 5. The Designated Premises Supervisor for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained. 6. A minimum of 40% of the capacity shall be maintained for dining at all times when the premises are open to the public. 7. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 8. The floor surface in public areas and thoroughfares shall be a suitable non-slip finish. 9. The Premises Licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises and are satisfied that the floor surfaces and electrical certificate have been addressed in accordance with service requirements. 10. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the performances of live music and other entertainment. 11. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 12. Fire and Health & Safety risk assessments will be carried out regularly. 13. No food will be available to take-away from the premises in order to prevent litter problems. 14. Persons under 16 years of age are to be accompanied and supervised by an adult 18 years or over. 15. The premises shall operate the Challenge 21 policy. 16. A member of staff will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for childrens issues at the premises. 17. The designated premises supervisor will be a member of the local Licence Watch
