Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The sale of alcohol is restricted to the members and their bona fide guests of the Royal Domino and to visiting domino teams and their supporters. 3. The use of the premises is for the playing of dominos. 4. If the premises are intended for any other use either on a Saturday or any other day, then a separate Premises Licence or Temporary Event Notice shall be applied for if a licensable activity is proposed. 5. Persons under the age of 18 shall be prohibited on the premises after 21:00 hours. 6. Health & Safety and Fire risk assessments shall be kept up to date. 7. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall be responsible for any issues surrounding any childrens issues. 8. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 9. A permanent fixed residual device (RCD) must protect the electrical power supply serving amplified music. 10. When dancing is taking place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to the Health Protection Serviceand the Licensing Auhtority, identifying the area to be used. The designated dance floor should be delineated, suitable and adeqaute in size for its intended use and dancing must not take place in the area until approved by the Authority. 11. All doors and windows shall be closed, save for access and egress, when regulated entertainment is present in the premises. 12. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premise to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using the external area and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. 12. The premises licence holder shall prominently display A4 notices on all exits reminding patrons to leave the premises in a quite and orderly fashion to respect the local neighbours needs. 13. The premises licence holder shall prominently display A4 notices in all external areas reminding patrons to be quiet whilst using the facilities provided and that they are in close proximity to residential accommodation. 14. No amplified sound shall be played in the premises except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter and a cut off device connected to the emergency fire door. The settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service. 15. Acoustic seals shall be installed and thereafter retained to all designated fire doors in the main room to the written satisfaction of the Environmental Protection Service.
Conditions applied at Licensing Committee Hearing on 13th March 2012: 1. Entry to new customers is not permitted after 23:00 hours on Tuesdays. 2. Entry to new customers is not permitted after 01:00 hours on the Saturday mornings. 3. Two Security Industry Authority approved doorstaff are to be at the premises on a Friday from 22:00 hours until the terminal hour.
