1. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 2. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving all amplified music equipment used for the purposes of live music. 3. The premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service has inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate and RCD and are satisfied that these items have been addresses in accordance with service requirements. 4. To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue. 5. In house booking forms are to be completed by prospective users to ensure specific rules for the hire of the hall will be met. 6. Hirers are required to obtain a criminal records check and receive clearance before supervising children. 7. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
