Additional Conditions
1. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment. 2. New floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 3. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 4. The new premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service has inspected the premises with regards to the electrical certificate, RCD, floor surfaces and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements. 5. Advice will be taken from local Police in relation to local concerns. 6. All alcohol sales in the restaurant will be served to tables by waiter or waitress. 7. Live Music will be limited to three-piece Jazz events or similar usually performing on irregular days (mainly afternoon/evenings) to finish no later than 23:00 hours; limited amplification in a restaurant setting. 8. Proof of age will be required for sales of alcohol from anyone who appears to be underage. 9. No under 16s are allowed in the bar area. 10. Children will be accompanied by their parents or adult guardians. 11. To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service.
