Additional Conditions
1. Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order, and operated when the premises are trading. 2. Members of the public are prohibited from accessing the serving area of the counter. 3. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 4. At point of order staff to obtain name, date of birth and method of identification to be produced to the delivery driver 5. The member of staff delivering and supplying the alcohol will be a personal licence holder. 6. All staff involved in the supply of alcohol shall adopt the challenge 25 scheme 7. Staff delivering the alcohol will verify age by use of approved photo identification i.e passport, driving licence or I.D card. 8. Staff will make a log of each alcohol/delivery transaction upon the customer receiving the alcohol. 9. A maximum of four cans/bottles with maximum of one pint capacity only to be supplied. 10 . Staff to make an entry in a refusals log where no adult is available to receive an alcohol delivery. 11. All vehicles used for the delivery of alcohol shall have a locked metal box stored in the vehicle boot. 12. All vehicles used for the delivery of alcohol shall have CCTV with 28 days recording capacity for review by Responsible Authorities at any time. 13. Signs to be displayed that CCTV is in operation within the vehicle. 14. All alcohol transaction to be made at the delivery vehicle in the view of the CCTV to allow images of the customer to be obtained. 15. Alcohol WILL NOT be sold at the premises AT ANY time. 16. The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption OFF the premises Sunday - Thursday 4pm - 10.30pm, Friday and Saturday 4pm - 11pm. 17. Sales will be completed by cash transactions at point of delivery. No credit card payments are accepted. 18. Training records shall be kept of all staff employed and concerned with the sale/delivery and supply of alcohol and open to inspection by Responsible Authorities.
