Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. All licensable events shall be managed in accordance with the Event Management Policy as agreed in writing with the Environmental Protection Service and the authority responsible for public safety (Health Protection Service) of Sheffield City Council. Any changes to procedures shall be first agreed in writing. 3. Public dancing shall only be permitted in the Grain Loft. 4. A permanent fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical power serving all amplified music. 5. After 21:00 hours, all windows shall be closed, and all external doors kept closed save for access and egress, whenever regulated entertainment is present in that portion of the premises. 6. No live or recorded amplified music shall be allowed in any external area, including within a marquee or other temporary structure. 7. 18th Birthday parties will not be permitted at the premise. 8. The Designated Premises Supervisor or other responsible member of staff will be assigned to have lead responsibility for safeguarding. This person must act in compliance with the guidance and training provided by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board. 9. A children and young people's risk assessment should be undertaken in relation to general operating practice and individuals events. The outcome of the risk assessment process should inform all staff of the training and operating policy. 10. The Challenge 21 or 25 scheme must operate in relation to the sale of alcohol and signage displayed to indicate this. Staff should be trained to operate this scheme and refusals records and staff training records must be maintained. 11. Only one licensable event per week will be permitted in order to reduce nuisance to neighbours. This will always take place at the weekend in accordance with the permitted days and times. 12. A 'Premises Officer' will be in attendance in the evening, from 20:00 hours until the end of the event in order to address any issues and to ensure that the premises are operating in accordance with the Event Management Policy. 13. No amplified music is permitted outside, other than in a sound proof tepee. 14. The main entrace to the Grain Loft for weekend bookings will be changed to the front door so the fire door in the farm yard is kept closed to minimise noise leaking from the premises. 15. The door to the garden in the Grain Loft is to be closed by 22:30 hours to reduce noise breakout.
