1. All members of staff will have the responsibility to report any incidents concerning Crime & Disorder / Public Nuisance to South Yorkshire Police. 2. To comply with reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 3. A colour CCTV system to the South Yorkshire Police Minimum Specification (Cafes) will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to, and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 4. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the premises have been inspected by the South Yorkshire Police, and the licence holder has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the authorities will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 5. The Licence Holder for these premises must be a registered member of Sheffield Licence Watch. Annual membership and meeting attendance should be maintained.
