Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 1. Outside camera in operation to discourage people congregating outside the premises. 2. The DPS is to act as lead safeguarder.
3. The sale of alcohol being restricted to Monday to Sunday 09:00 hours to 22:30 hours. 4. There must be at least one personal licence holder on the premises during the hours licensed for the sale of alcohol. 5. There must be at least two personnel (incl. one personal licence holder) on the premises during the hours licensed for the sale of alcohol. 6. A colour CCTV system will be installed in positions agreed with the Police and images stored for 31 days. The CCTV system shall be maintained inside the building and also within the cartilage of the site governed by the premises licence and shall be in use at all times the premises are open, with the Police being given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 7. Designated Premises Supervisor must, at all times, be a member of the Sheffield Licence Watch and attend regular meetings. 8. The Challenge 21 system must be adopted and appropriate signs displayed to show this. 9. Floor space for the sale of alcohol to be restricted to no more than 3m in length (including chillers) in front of the counter, plus the shelf space behind the counter (as per the plan circulated Drawing No. LIC-48) to be no more than the length of the counter. 10. Alcohol must not be on view between 07:00 hours and 09:00 hours when the sale of alcohol is not permitted.
