Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. 2. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police located at such points as required by the Licensing authority and in consultation with South Yorkshire Police crime reduction officer will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 31 days. All images shall be open to inspection by an authorised officer of the Council or a Police Officer. Any recordings must on request be provided to the Licensing Authority or one of its authorised Officers or a Police Officer in a timely manner. 3. The provision of a minimum 2 SIA qualified door staff on any Sheffield Wednesday Football Club home game, and on any day the premises opens until 0100 to the time when the premises close and all patrons have dispersed from the premises including the exterior, and in addition at the discretion of the management at any other time based upon their ongoing assessment of risk. 4. A record shall be kept on the premises by the DPS of every person employed on the premises as door staff. The record shall contain the following details:- Name and address Date of Birth His/Her SIA licence number Time and date he/she starts and finishes duty Each entry shall be signed by the door supervisor That record shall be available for inspection on demand by an authorised officer of the Licensing Authority, SIA or a Police Constable and if deemed necessary shall be copied. 5. Staff shall supervise all areas both within the premises and any exterior areas of the premises and ensure that all elements of the licence are adhered to. A designated member of staff shall monitor the external drinking areas. 6. Zero tolerance will be operated in relation to drugs both inside and outside the premises. All incidents will be reported to the police on that date and will be recorded in a log which will contain sufficient details to identify that person. This log shall be made available for inspection and duplication upon request of the Police or other authorised officer of the Licensing Authority 7. Every incident of crime or disorder in the premises shall be recorded in an incident log on the date of the event and will contain sufficient details to identify persons involved. This log shall be made available for inspection and duplication upon request of the Police or other authorised officer of the Licensing Authority. 8. No admittance to the premises shall be permitted after the hours of 23:00 hours. 9. A personal licence holder shall authorise all staff supplying alcohol to do so in writing and that staff shall produce such written authority to any Police officer of Authorised officer of the Licensing authority upon demand. 10. No persons under the age of 16 yrs will be allowed in the premises or in any exterior area provided for the consumption of alcohol after 20:00 hours. Appropriate signage detailing these restrictions will be displayed at the entrance to the premises and in any exterior drinking area which is clearly visible to patron attending the premises. 11. Persons under the age of 16 yrs remain the responsibility of the accompanying adult when using the premises (and/or exterior area). Staff are not allowed to be in sole supervision of children, which remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult at all times. 12. No persons in possession of a drink in a sealed or unsealed container shall be allowed to enter the premises except for the purpose of delivery. Appropriate signage will be provided giving notice to patrons entering/exiting the premises. 13. No drink shall be removed from the premises in an unsealed container. On the occasions of Home Matches, no drink will be sold in either glass bottles or in any other vessel or container made of glass. Any drink will be either served in a bottle which is not made from glass or, alternatively will be decanted into a container or vessel made from non-splintered plastic, polycarbonate or paper before being given to the customer. 15. No drinks will be permitted in exterior drinking areas after the hours of 23:00 hours. 16. No drinks will be permitted in the exterior smoking shelter area. 17. The premises will operate the Challenge 21 scheme (or equivalent) requiring proof of age identification from anyone who appears to be under the age of 21 with appropriate signage to be in place at the premises. 18. A refusal register shall be maintained at the premises. The register shall be made available for inspection upon a reasonable request of the Police or other authorised officer of the Licensing Authority. 19. In line with the British Beer and Pub Association Standards for the management of Responsible Drinks Promotions including Happy Hours, and Social Responsibility Standards for the Production and Sale of Alcoholic Drink in the UK, there will be no promotions that encourage illegal, irresponsible and immoderate consumption 20. The DPS will be a member of the local Licence Watch and attend all local and Sheffield wide meetings or send a representative on his/her behalf. 21. At least one member of staff shall have attended and attained the BII Drugs course qualification at all times. 22. The premises will prepare and implement a dispersal policy in consultation with the Police for use at the premises at peak times and football events. The policy will be kept under review by both the management and the Police. 23. The premises shall operate a voluntary closure procedure in the event that the police deem it necessary for the safety of the patrons or the public in the case of disorder or emergency in order to negate the use of Section 161 closure orders. A written dispersal policy shall be prepared in consultation with the police and implement when necessary. 24. Prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exists requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 25. Any text/pager/radio link provided for communication with CCTV control and/or other licensed premises shall be kept in good working order at all times and used at all times during trading hours. 26. No adult entertainment (paid for by the company or any private individual, of a nude physical nature) is permitted at these premises 27. Each entrance to the premises will be monitored by at least 1 member of doorstaff from 9pm on any day the premises remains open after 01:00 hours. 28. Any outside drinking area will not be used after 23:00 hours on any night. 29. A Satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 30. The power supply serving amplified music equipment for live entertainment must be protected by a permanently fixed residual device (RCD). 31. New floor finishes in public areas and thoroughfares shall be suitable non-slip surfaces. 32. The premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection service have inspected the premises in respect of the electrical certificate, RCD and floor surfaces and are satisfied that these items have been suitable addressed in respect of service requirements. 33. The DPS or a designated member of staff must take a pro-active approach to noise control, checking the outside of the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using external areas and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance sensitive property. 34. Signs will be displayed within the premises requesting that patrons leave quietly. 35. All doors and windows will be closed (save for access and egress) during the provision of regulated entertainment. 36. To comply with the reasonable requests of South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue. 37. No person under the age of 18 years is permitted on the premises after 21:00 hours, unless they are accompanied by an adult and seated and dining or who are attending a bona fide pre-booked family orientated function. 38. The Challenge 21 proof of age scheme will be operated by all bar or security staff. 39. The Designated Premises Supervisor or other responsible member of staff will be a member of Licence Watch. 40. A Childrens Safeguarder will be assigned at the premises and will act in accordance with the guidance issued by Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board.
