Additional Conditions

• 1. All staff will be trained in their roles and requirements under the Licensing Act 2003. 2. The premises will be covered by an internal and external CCTV system which will be recorded whilst the premises are open. 3. External lighting will cover the main entrance and the car park. 4. A fire risk assessment and an emergency plan will be in place. 5. At least one member of staff trained in evacuation procedures will be on the premises whenever the premises are open. 6. First aid equipment will be available on the premises. 7. A notice will be displayed by the exits requesting center users to respect the neighbours and leave the premises quietly. 8. All windows are to be double glazed and the downstairs windows are to be remain closed. 9. Rubbish and recycling bins are to be kept at the rear of the premises. 10. The premises are to use the internal Child Protection Policy and the Children’s and Young Persons Behaviour policy. All staff and volunteers are to be trained in accordance with theses policies. 11. Any persons working unsupervised with children or vulnerable adults will be required to undertake an enhanced CRB check. 12. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
