Additional Conditions
1. Glassware or open containers will not leave the premises or any external setting areas. 2. Notices will be provided at exits reminding customers to leave the premises quietly and to respect residents when travelling home. 3. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 4. New floor surfaces shall be suitable non-slip surfaces. 5. The premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service has inspected the premises in respect of the electrical certificate and floor finishes and are satisfied that these items have been suitably addressed in respect of service requirements. This condition may be removed once the premises licence becomes effective. 6. All staff are to be trained in the appropriate legislation. 7. Regular checks of safety equipment and fire escapes will be carried out. 8. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children.
