Additional Conditions
1. All licensed events will be pre-booked and will be required to confirm with venue hire agreement. 2. The licence holder employees will supervise all events. 3. All events will be stewarded by an appropriate number of Town Hall Attendants and/or other approved contracted staff. 4. Access to the building will be restricted to invited guests only. 5. Consumption of alcohol off the premises will not be permitted. 6. CCTV will monitor access, egress and the exterior of the building. 7. The sale of alcohol to individuals will be at the discretion of the Designated Premises Supervisor or a designated responsible person. 8. The Responsible Person (Duty Manager / Supervisor) will ensure the Town Hall Emergency Action Plans are followed through. 9. Staff are regularly trained on fire evacuation. A Health & Safety briefing will take place prior to any licensable activities. 10. The number of attending guests will be restricted to the capacities set out under the Fire Safety Plan. 11. All licensable activities taking place in the Town Hall will cease at 24:00 hours. 12. The sale of alcohol to individuals who appear to be intoxicated will not be permitted. 13. All staff involved in licensable activities will be CRB checked. 14. Staff will be trained in their responsibilities in relation to the protection of children and Licensing Act 2003 as well as protecting vulnerable people other than children. 15. To comply with reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire & Rescue Service.
