Additional Conditions
1. A colour CCTV must be fitted in accordance with police requirements. Recordings must be retained for a period of 30 days. 2. Must be a member of licence Watch. 3. Challenge 21 scheme policy must be in force and adhered to. 4. Security shutter must be used on windows and doors. 5. All fire risk assessments and health and safety risk assessments must be adhered to. 6. The congregation of people outside will be discouraged 7. The DPS will be the lead safe guarder in the safe guarding of children 8. Shelving and display units for the purposes of displaying alcohol must be of suitable design, construction and adequately secured. 9. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provide for the premises 10. The premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate, shelving, and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements
1. A further plan drawn fully in accordance with relevant Premises Regulations must be submitted to the Licensing Office within in one month of the grant of the premises licence showing more accurate detail (ratio scale 1:50 ) of the area for the sale of alcohol. 2. Alcohol must only be displayed and offered for sale on the one wall in the premises indicated on the plan submitted with the application.
