Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police covering the public areas on the ground floor plus corridors and staircases on upper floors will be fitted and maintained and in use at all times when the premises are providing licensable activities. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. The police will be given access to and copies of images for purposes in connection with the prevention and protection of crime and disorder. 3. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall be registered with Sheffield Licence watch and shall attend Licence Watch meetings on a regular basis. 4. Between the hours of 02:00 and 09:00 hours, alcohol shall only be sold to hotel residents and their bona fide guests. 5. The reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Police, South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service and Environment and Regulatory Services of Sheffield City Council shall be incorporated within the premises. The licence shall not become effective until such time as those authorities and any other responsible authorities who notify their intention have inspected the premises and have confirmed that their requirements have been met. 6. At any event where facilities for dancing are provided a suitable and sufficient area having regard to the nature of the event and the number of persons likely to dance shall be provided for dancing. 7. When live music is provided the electric supply for performers shall be through an RCD. 8. When regulated entertainment is provided at the premises, the nature of the same and sound levels shall be such as not to cause nuisance to other hotel guests or local residents. 9. Any regulated entertainment taking place in the meeting rooms will be monitored to ensure that hotel guests or local residents are not disturbed. 10. The premises will operate a recognised proof of age scheme and a challenge 21 policy in relation to the sale of alcohol.
