Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. New floor surfaces in public areas shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 3. Shelving is to be of suitable design and construction and adequately secured. 4. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 5. The premises shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises and are happy with conditions 2, 3 & 4. 6. The applicant deemed to comply with condition 5, provided reasonable opportunity has been given to the Health Protection Service to undertake an inspection. 7. Staff involved in the sale of alochol will receive training on matters concerning underage sales. 8. The premises will operate Challange 21 Proof of Age Scheme. A refusal book will be maintained at the premises and will be available to Responsible Authority Representatives upon reasonable request. 9. Suitable signage will be displayed at the premises concerning policies on age and identification. 10. A colour CCTV system shall be installed to the reasonable satisfaction and specification of South Yorkshire Police. Images will be stored and made available to South Yorkshire Police upon request. 11. Staff will be trained on matters of safety, evacuation and use of emergency equipment as required. 12. Fire safety equipment will be maintained in good operational condition. 13. There will be no consumption of alcohol on the premises.
