Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Customers will not be permitted to take open glass containers outside the premises, as defined in the plan submitted with the operating schedule and approved by the licensing Authority. 3. A Summary of the Premises Licence willbe displayed at each public entrance to the premises. 4. Notices will be displayed at each public entrance to the premises, which clearly state the premises policy on admission and searching. 5. The Designated Premises Supervisor will actively participate in and support the local Crime Prevention Scheme (where active). 6. CCTV and recorders of an agreed image standard will be installed at locations on the premises and in accordance with advice from South Yorkshire Police. Images will be kept for a period not less than 31 days and will be made available for Police Officers and Authorised Officers from the Council. All equipment will be installed and maintained in accordance with the manufacturers instructions and will be fully operational when the premises are open to the public. 7. Incidents must be logged and recorded in a log book. 8. A burglar alarm is installed with red care, direclty linked to Police call up. 9. The premises will operate a proof of age scheme and display relevant literature. 10. The premises will not allow entry to the premises one hour before the end of licensable activities. 11. A fire detection and warning system willmbe in place along with fire extinguishers. 12. An emergency lighting system will be in place. 13. Notices will be displayed around the premises asking patrons to leave the premises quitely. 14. Admittance will be refused to children under the age of 14 unless accompanied by an adult. 15. Only an accredited "Proof of age" card, Photographic Driving Licence or Valid Passport will be accepted for proof of age I.D. 16. The first floor will be stocked and serve alcohol using the first floor bar servery, as shown on the plan lodged with the application. The first floor bar servery will be stocked only outside normal permitted hours. 17. Transprotation of food and alcoholic drinks shall noy be permitted using the staircase when the public are on the premises in order to ensure public safety.
