Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. New floor surfaces shall be suitable non-slip surfaces. 3. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 4. Think 21 policy in place which is brought to customers attention at the point of sale. 5. A digital CCTV system that covers the area of beer and wine sales and images will be retained for a minimum of 21 days and made available on enforcement request. 6. A member of the Management team will be on the premises all the time the store is open and will be trained to manage the store including looking after the safety of the public. 7. The store will adhere to all rules and regulation relating to public safety. 8. Checkout area will be constantly manned whilst the store is open. 9. To liaise with Police and enforcement authorities should the need arise. 10. All staff will be trained and regularly refreshed in the corporate ‘Think 21’ which will include signage around the premises. 11. A till prompt will appear on the initial sale of alcohol that will remind the seller of the Think 21 policy and remind staff not to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. 12. When alcohol is refused by the seller after the product has been scanned the refusal will be recorded in a report that can be produced at store level on a weekly basis.
