Additional Conditions
1. Any new floor surfaces in public areas shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 2. Shelving and display units for the purposes of displaying alcohol must be of suitable design, constuction and adequately secured. 3. A satisfactory elecrtrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 4. The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the shelving and any new floor surfaces to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements. 5. To comply with the requirements of South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service. 6. Any existing CCTV will be maintained in working order, and operated when the premises are trading internally and externally. Images recorded will be availabe to the Police on request. 7. The Designated Premises Supervisor will be a member of the local licence watch, regular attendance will be maintained. 8. Fire and Health and Safety risk assessments are to be maintained. 9. Access for the disabled will be provided. 10. The Designated Premises Supervisor, or same such other person, will be assigned to act as lead safeguarder for children's issues at the premsies. This member of staff wold be expected to know what to do and who to contact if safeguarding concerns arise and bears no resposibility for the direct supervision of children.
Annex 3 - Conditions attached after a hearing by the Licensing Authority. 1)Challenge 25 will be in operation at all times 2)All staff will be trained and records kept for 6 months. All staff will be trained in the selling of age sensitive products and sign to confirm that they have been trained. Records of the training and confirmation signatures to be kept for six months and made available to authorised officers from Sheffield City Council and South Yorkshire Police on request 3)Refresher training given every 6 months. Records of the training and confirmation signatures to be kept for six months and made available to officers from Sheffield City Council and South Yorkshire Police on request 4)No new member of staff (under 2 months service) will be alone on the premises without supervision of a person who has attended the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Course, 5)Till prompts will be used at all times 6)The DPS to attend the Safe guarding course 7)All alcohol to be purchased from a reputable and established supplier. Invoices are to be kept for 12 months and available for inspection on the request of Treading Standards Officers.
