Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open. CCTV images will be stored for 28 days. Police will be given access to the copies of images for the purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 3. Staff will be trained in operating the CCTV system. 4. The premises licence holder will operate a "Challenge 21" policy. 5. The Designated Premises Supervisor shall be a member of Sheffield Licence Watch. 6. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service and Health Protection Service. 7. All take-away food shall be sold in sealed containers. 8. There shall be no entertainment/music on the premises. 9. Children under the age of 16 must always be accompanied by an adult who will be required to maintain supervision of them. 10. The Designated Premises Supervisor, or some other such person, will be assigned to act as 'lead safeguarder' for children's issues at the premises.
