Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children, save for the use of authorised AWP machines and cigarette machines. 2. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be obtained prior to opening and a copy shall be provided to the Health Protection Service as soon as reasonably practical. 3. A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment for live music and DJ. 4. On construction and completion of the business, the floor surfaces within the licensed public areas shall be of a suitable non-slip finish. 5. Dancing in the premises shall take place only within the Bar and Restaurant on the Ground Floor and Meeting Rooms 3 and 8 on the Lower Ground floor. Any dance floor to be provided shall be positioned in accordance with plans to be approved by the Health Protection Service and lodged with the Licensing Authority. 6. No licensable activities will take place under the authority if this licence until the Heath Protection Service have confirmed that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the Health Protection Service will be complied with to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use before opening to the general public. 7. All food and beverage staff will undergo internal training on induction as to the requirements under the Licensing Act 2003. 8. Digital CCTV will be installed and maintained in working order. Recordings will be retained for a minimum of 28 days and will be made available to an authorised Police Officer upon request. 9. Bar staff will be trained to only accept as proof of age, a passport, photo driving licence or proof of age card issued by 'Validate UK' or bearing the 'PASS' logo or their replacement schemes from time to time. 10. A personal licence holder at the premises will become a member of the Sheffield Licence Watch Scheme or any replacement scheme from time to time in force. 11. Risk assessments will be carried out prior to opening and maintained for fire, health and safety, crime and disorder and emergency evacuation. 12. Any maximum numbers advised by the Fire Service prior to or upon completion of the works will be complied with. 13. Doors and windows in public areas will be kept closed as a matter of course except for access and egress. 14. Cigarette machines will display signage that sales of cigarettes to those under 18 years is not permitted. 15. Age restricted films will be barred in rooms where children are residing unless an adult requests that the relevant channel is released. 16. If children are residing in a room unaccompanied by an adult the mini-bars will be locked or emptied of alcohol.
