Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises. 2. To comply with all reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 3. New floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 4. The capacity of the premises shall comply with the British Standard 6465-1:2006 titled Sanitary Installations. 5. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 6. The premises will operate as a restaurant and the provision of alcohol shall be ancillary to dining with the occasional provision without meals. 7. The new premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate, floor surfaces and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements. 8. There are eight CCTV cameras including bar, office and front door, which will be covering the front and rear access and areas with a screen constantly monitored at the restaurant office. 9. Alcoholic beverages in open containers will only be allowed within the cutlilage of the premises and the premises itself. 10. There will be no irresponsible drinks promotion offers. 11. The Premises Licence Holder will become a member of the Sheffield Licence Watch Scheme and the Responsible Retailer Scheme or a similar scheme approved by the Licensing Authority once it begins trading. 12. An adequate and appropriate supply of first aid equipment and materials will be available on the premises. 13. Prominent clear and legible notices will be displayed at all exits requesting the public to respect the needs of local residents and leave the premises quietly. 14. Proof of age cards will be requested from any individual who appears to be under the age of 18. All staff will be over the age of 18 years old and will be trained to ensure full compliance with the Licensing Laws.
