Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Staff involved in the sale of alcohol will receive training on matters concerning underage sales, drug policies, and operating procedures. 3. The management of the premises will liaise with Police on issues of local concern or disorder. 4. Policies in relation to children shall be adequately communicated to patrons by staff through appropriate signage. 5. A refusal book in relation to the sale of alcohol will be maintained at the premises and will be available to Responsible Authority representatives upon reasonable request.
1. A colour CCTV system which is tamper proof to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open to the public. CCTV images will be stored for a period of 28 days and the Police and Authorised Officers of the Council will be given access to and may remove copies of the images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of Crime and Disorder. In addition to the CCTV cameras indicated on the plan submitted with the application which the Licensing Authority consider to be the minimum standard the Premises Licence Holder shall install at least one further camera together with appropriate lighting covering the main access to the premises and lighting shall be maintained on, whilst the premises are open to a sufficient and agreed level so as to properly illuminate the entrance sufficient to allow CCTV camera images to be recorded. All staff shall be trained in the operation of the CCTV camera system and have the ability to provide copies and images to the Police and Authorised Officers on request. 2. The Premises Licence Holder shall install and maintain in use a mosquito system to the satisfaction of the South Yorkshire Police and the Council. The system shall at all times be available for use by all staff members and all staff members shall be trained in the use and operation of the system 3. The Premises Licence Holder and the Designated Premises Supervisor shall become members of and maintain membership and regularly attend meetings of the local Licence Watch scheme operated in Sheffield. Conditions following a review of the licence - 13th December 2010 1. The Challenge 25 Scheme will be implemented at the premises at all times that alcohol is sold. 2. Challenge 25 posters will be displayed at the premises. 3. All staff responsible for making sales of alcohol will be fully trained by way of an internal training package designed specifically for this purpose. The staff will have their knowledge refreshed every 3 months. 4. All training records will be retained and made available to the authorities on request. 5. A refusal register will be maintained at the premises and made available to the authorities on request. 6. From the 1st February 2011, a personal licence holder shall be on the premises at all times when alcohol is being sold.
