Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Any new floor surfaces in public areas shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 3. A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving amplified music equipment for live music and DJ. 4. When dancing is to take place on the premises in an area not previously approved for dancing by the Authority, at least 14 days notice must be given to Environment and Regulatory Services (Health Protection Service) and the Licensing Authority, identifying the area used which should be suitable and adequate in size as the designated dance floor for the intended use and dancing must not take place in that area unless approve by the authority. 5. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this Licence until the authority has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the responsible authority for public safety will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. The licensee will give the responsible authorities a minimum of 14 days notice of the intended opening date of the premises. 6. College security personnel to liaise with College Duty Managers and Building Services Officer and if required the emergency services in order to prevent and occurrences of crime and disorder. 7. CCTV cameras to be in operation across the college site. Conditions agreed as per variation granted 04th August 2009. 8. Security personnel are to be present on the college premises from approx 07:00 hours and can be contacted via radio. 9. Fire risk assessments are to be undertaken for all areas of the college and some staff are to be designated Fire Wardens. 10. Staff and security personnel shall undergo enhanced CRB checks.
