Additional Conditions

• 1. The licensed areas shall operate only in conjunction with the use of the building as a sports and leisure complex. 2. The Police and Fire Authorities and all relevant Local Authority Departments be allowed full access to the licensed areas at all times then the public are admitted to the Centre. 3. Any person exercising a security activity (as defined by paragraph 2(1)(a) of schedule 2 of the Private Security Industry Act 2001) shall be licensed by the Security Industry Authority. 4. Such a person will be employed at the premises at the discretion if the designated premises supervisor / holder of the premises licence. 5. Any person as defined in condition (1) will clearly display his name badge at all times whilst on duty. 6. No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any times the premises are open to the public. 7. The existing CCTV system is to be retained, and maintained with recording facilities. Such recordings shall be retained for a period of 30 days and made available within a reasonable time upon request of the Police. 8. Alcoholic and other drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose. 9. In any event the maximum occupancy of the building (including staff and performers) will be restricted to 6000 persons. 10. Noise or vibration shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties. 11. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service (as of report 05th June 2007). 12. No films or videos of any description will be shown so that they can be viewed by persons under the above of any applicable BBFC / Local Authority certification. 13. Alcohol will only be sold and consumed in the areas edged in green on the attached plan. 14. Regulated entertainment listed as below shall only take place in the following areas: Main Pool Hall Sporting Events Sports Hall All regulated entertainment Function Suite and Concourse All regulated entertainment excluding sporting events, boxing and wrestling. Gymnasium & Health & Fitness Films and recorded music. Suites On both levels 1 & 3 15. Alcohol shall only be sold and consumed in the sports hall as follows: i. In the case of a sporting event, in plastic vessels only. ii. In the case of a non-sporting function, in safety glassware. iii. In the case of a food related event, there shall be no restriction on the vessels used. iv. For non-sporting functions, the flooring in the sports hall shall be covered with a suitable non-slip temporary floor covering. 16. Capacity.
