Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. To comply with the reasonable requirements of South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service. 3. The applicant or any person purchasing these premises must liaise with and fully comply with the reasonable requirements of the responsible authority towards public safety during the fit out of the premises. 4. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this Licence until the authority has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the public safety authority will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. The Licence Holder will give the responsible authorities a minimum of 14 days notice of the intended opening date. 5. The installation and provision of a recording CCTV system shall be operated throughout all floor areas. 6. Appropriate training will be provided to all staff regarding the minimum age of sales for alcohol, for example, “Challenge 21”. The premises shall require proof of age identification from anyone who appears to be under the age of 21. 7. Staff training will be provided in order to raise employees awareness of drugs issues and abuse in public places. 8. The Premises Licence Holder shall actively participate in the local ‘Licence Watch’ scheme. 9. There shall be no promotions that encourage irresponsible or immoderate consumption of alcohol. 10. Signage will be displayed showing permitted licensed drinking and opening hours. 11. Licensed security staff shall be employed during Sheffield Football Club Match days. 12. There shall be an allowance for a minimum of 60% seating available for customers. 13. There shall be no deliveries before 08:00 hours Monday – Saturday and 10:00 hours on Sundays, or after 19:30 hours. 14. There shall be no waste disposal (Including bottle bins) between 20:00 – 08:00 hours. 15. There shall be no excessively loud amplified music throughout the opening hours. 16. Children under the age of 16 years are to be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. 17. Children under the age of 18 yeas are not allowed on the premises after 20:00 hours. 18. There shall be no gaming machines on the premises. 19. A risk assessment will be undertaken for the premises to mitigate risks. 20. Ample provisions of clear access will be allowed on the stairwells and walkways.
