Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The premises will have digital CCTV system that covers many areas of the shop floor, including the proposed area which will be used for alcohol. Images will be retained for a minimum of 21 days. A member of management team will be on the premise all the time the store is open. 3. Training will be provided for all staff working at the premises. 4. There shall be no service of food to the members of the public on the mezzanine floor level except for prepared snacks. 5. The transportation of food and alcoholic drinks shall not be permitted using either staircase when members of the public are on the premises in order to ensure public safety with the exception of customers attending their tables. 6. The applicant or any person purchasing these premise must liaise with and fully comply with the reasonable requirements of the responsible authority towards public safety during the fit out of the premises. 7. External doors must remain closed. 8. Premises licence holder will carry out a assessment. 9. Challenge 21 Scheme in operation. 10. Children will be accompanied by an adult.
