Additional Conditions

• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The premises will have a digital CCTV system that covers many areas of the premises, including the proposed area which will be used for alcohol. Images will be retained for a minimum of 21 days. A member of the management team will be on the premises all the time that the premises is open. 3. Where appropriate, prominent, clear and legible notices shall be displayed at all exits requesting the public respect the needs of local residents and to leave the premises and area quietly. 4. The premises shall operate a “Challenge 21” policy. 5. No children shall be allowed on the premises after 21:00 hours, unless accompanied by an adult . The restriction does not apply for those under 16 attending a private function. 6. There shall be no service of food to the members of the public on the mezzanine floor except for prepared snacks until a food hoist has been installed at the premises.
