Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. The premises will have a digital CCTV system that covers many areas of the shop floor including the proposed area which will be used for alcohol. Images will be retained for a minimum of 21 days and made available upon enforcement request. 3. Management will be trained to support the running of the premises. 4. A member of the management team will be on the premises at all times the store is open. The store will adhere to all rules and regulations relating to public safety. 5. Tesco will liase with the Police and enforcement authorities should the need arise. 6. All staff will be trained and regularly refreshed in the Tesco corporate 'Think 21' policy. 7. The store will display signage around the premises informing both staff and customers of the 'Think 21' policy. 8. A till prompt will appear on the initial sale of alcohol that will remind staff of the 'Think 21' policy and not to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. 9. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 10. Floor surfaces in the public area and thoroughfares shall be of a suitable non slip finish. 11. The premises licence holder will provide an opportunity to Environmental Health to visit the premises prior to opening to inspect the required flooring and receive the required electrical certificate. 12. To comply with all reasonable requests of the South Yorkshire Fire and Rescue service.
