• 1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. All staff must be trained to operate the Challenge 21 scheme. Staff training records must be signed by staff and maintained and made available to the authorities on request. 3. All staff making deliveries of alcohol and cigarettes will operate the Challenge 21 scheme so that alcohol and cigarettes will only be delivered to adult recipients. If the person delivering is in doubt that the recipient is not 18 years of age or over and the recipient is unable to produce a valid passport, photo driving licence or photo membership card, the delivery will not take place. 4. A refusals book must be maintained to record occasions when an adult was not available to receive delivery. 5. The membership number and signature of the person receiving the alcohol must be retained as a record and made available to the authorities on request. Members misusing their membership details to allow non adults to purchase or receive alcohol will be notified to the police. 6. A photo ID card will operate as part of the membership scheme within 6 months from the start date of the premises licence 7. Always go to the door to prevent noise nuisance in the street when collecting 8. Use of notifications services (text alert or phone call) to decrease noise upon delivery 9.
