Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A satisfactory electrical certificate will be required for the premises (Periodic Inspection Report). The test must be in accordance with the current edition of the IEE Regulations and carried out by a competent person. 3. Shelving and display units for the purposes of displaying alcohol must be of suitable design, construction and adequately secured. 4. No licensable activity will take place under the authority of this licence until the licensing authority has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirement of the public safety authority will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. The licensee will give the Health protection Service a minimum of 14 days notice of the intended opening date of the premises. 5. The Challenge 21 proof of age scheme must be operated and a refusals book maintained. Staff must be trained to operate this scheme and staff training records must be maintained and made available to the authorities on request. 6. Signage must be prominently displayed throughout the premises to highlight the Challenge 21 scheme. 7. A Colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times when the premises are open to the public. CCTV images will be stored for a minimum of 28 days. All images shall be open to inspection by an authorised officer of the Council or a Police Officer. A copy of any images must be provided on request to the Council or South Yorkshire Police in a timely manner. 8. Staff are to be aware of and guided by the South Yorkshire Police Violent Incident Protocol which should be displayed within the premises. 9. Groups of children standing outside the premises are to be dispersed by members of staff.
