There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. The present CCTV system shall be maintained in working oder and utilised throughout the licensable hours. Recordings shall be retained for a period of 31 days and made available within a reasonable time upon request by the Police. Alcohol sold at the premises for consumption on the premises shall only be available with the purchase of food. Alcohol sold for consumption off the premises shall be sold in sealed containers only. The Violent Incident Protocol, as drafted by South Yorkshire Police, dated August 2009, shall be adopted as a management practice at site. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the Fire Officer. The premises will have adeqaute safety and fire fighting equipment and such equipment will be maintained and in good operational order. Staff will be trained on matters of safety, evacuation and use of emergency equipment as required. Spillages and breakages will be removed as soon as possible to reduce the risk to patrons and staff. Fire exits and means of escape shall be kept clear and in good operational condition. There shall be adequate controls in place including staff training against the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years.
