Additional Conditions
1. Any productions on the premises will comply with relevant classifications. 2. Notice shall be given for any proposed events with all relevant details including internal layout arrangements at the premises under the Licence in writing to Environment and Regulatory Services (public safety), if possible at least six weeks in advance of the start date of any such event, or in any case a period of time to give adequate notice to allow suitable and sufficient comments to be made. 3. The applicant or any person purchasing these premises must liaise with and fully comply with the reasonable requirements of the responsible authority towards public safety in the fit out/building of the premises. 4. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this Licence until the Authority has been notified that the Premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the public safety authority will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. The licensee will give the responsible authorities a minimum of 14 days notice of the intended opening date of the premises. 5. Should Building Regulation apply then a Building Regulation Completion Certificate shall be submitted to the public safety and the Licensing Authorities before the premises is used for any licensable activities. 6. Any use of special effects, pyrotechnic, laser etc shall be notified (at least 28 days in advance) to the Responsible Authority towards public safety under this Licence and shall not be used until approval has been given. 7. Recordings from existing CCTV sources will be supplied to Police upon request. Police will be given access to and may take copies of images in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. 8. A copy of the South Yorkshire Violent Incident protocol to be displayed within the premises in sight of staff. This protocol should also form part of staff training and training records to reflect such input. 9. No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any times the premises are open to the public. The premises shall operate a policy preventing customers from removing alcoholic and other drinks from the premises in open containers. 10. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted when the premises provides adult orientated events or adult entertainment. 11. Persons under the age of 16 are not permitted after 21:00 hours unless they are accompanied by a responsible adult and attending theatre or a pre-booked, family orientated function. 12. A Childrens Safeguarder will be assigned at the premises. The member of staff assigned to this role will act in accordance with the guidance issued by the Safeguarding Children Board and must attend the training provided by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board. 13. Prior to events involving persons under the age of 18 a children and young peoples risk assessment will be completed by the Childrens Safeguarder in compliance with the Events guidance issued by the Safeguarding Children Board. 14. Staff will be trained to operate a recognised proof of age scheme, including a refusals register and staff training records will be maintained and made available to the authorities for inspection on request. 15. A full risk assessment will be carried out for the premises. 16. Private areas will be locked or cordoned off. 17. All areas will be well lit at all times. 18. The premises shall adopt the Challenge 21 scheme at all times the premises are open. 19. Ushers will be used to guide people around the premises.
