Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. There will be a CCTV system in place which will cover the inside of the restaurant as well as the entrance and car park. Recordings will be kept for a period of 28 days and will be provided to any relevant authority upon reasonable request. 3. Alcohol will be served to patrons with their meal for consumption on the premises. 4. Alcohol will also be sold to patrons collecting a takeaway and will be for consumption off the premises. 5. Smoke detectors will be situated in the restaurant and kitchen along with fire extinguishers. 6. There will be a first aid kit available on site. 7. There will be an arrangement with the local Council for the collection of waste on a twice weekly basis. In the interim waste will be kept secured in an appropriate receptacle. 8. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 9. On construction and completion of the premises, the floor surfaces within the licensed public areas shall be of a suitable non-slip finish. 10. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the authority has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the public safety authority will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. The licensee will give the responsible authorities a minimum of 14 days notice of the intended opening date of the premises. 11. A recognised proof of age scheme must be operated and a refusals book maintained. Staff must be trained to operate the scheme and staff training records must be maintained and made available for inspection by the responsible authorities on request. 12. A copy of the SYP Violent Incident protocol to be displayed within the premise in sight of staff. This protocol should also form part of staff training and training records to reflect such input. 13. The holder of the premises licence shall nominate a member of staff to remove a dispose of any litter outside the premises originating from their business. 14. No customers apparently carrying drinking glasses or open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any times the premises are open to the public. The premises shall operate a policy preventing customers from removing alcoholic and other drinks from the premises in open containers.
