Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. All staff must be trained to operate a recognised proof of age scheme. Staff training records must be signed by staff and maintained and made available to the authorities on request. 3. All staff making deliveries of alcohol and cigarettes will only deliver to adult recipients producing a valid photo ID (for example a passport or photo-membership card). If the recipient refuses to produce appropriate ID, or if the person delivering remains in doubt that the recipient is not 18 years of age or over, delivery will not continue. 4. A refusals book must be maintained to record occasions when an adult was not available to receive delivery. 5. Within 6 months from the start of business a membership database and scheme will operate. 6. The signature (and membership number) of the person receiving the alcohol must be obtained and signatures must be retained as a record of due diligence with respect to deliveries of alcohol and/or tobacco. 7. The premises will not be attended by customers to obtain alcohol. 8. Alcohol will not be sold from the delivery vehicle. 9. CCTV will be placed on employees and vehicles. 10. Delivery will only be made to the address where the purchase was made from.
