1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. Staff involved in the sale of alcohol will receive training on matters concerning underage sales, and operating procedures. 3. The premises will operate an approved proof of age scheme and will require photographic identification from any person who appears to be under the age of 21 years. A refusal book will be maintained at the premises and will be available to responsible authority representatives upon reasonable request. 4. Suitable signage will be displayed at the premises regarding proof of age. 5. The management of the premises will liaise with police on the issues of the local concern or disorder. 6. The premises will support the local licence watch scheme where such scheme relates to off licences and is in operation. 7. A suitable CCTV system is to be installed and will be maintained at the premises, recordings made by this system shall be retained for a 30 days and made available to the police upon receipt of reasonable notice. 8. Alcohol will displayed in the areas where there is adequate supervision by staff. 9. Staff will be trained on matters of safety, evacuation and use of emergency equipment as required. 10. The fire alarm will be maintained in good operational condition. 11. Fire exits and means of escape shall be kept clear and in good operational condition. 12. The management will clear the exterior of the premises from litter and rubbish on a regular basis. 13. There shall be adequate controls in the place including staff training to safeguard against the sale of alcohol to persons under 18 years. 14. Policies in relation to children shall be adequately communicated to patrons by staff or through appropriate signage.
