1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 3. The new premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the electrical certificate, and any other matter raised during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements. 4. CCTV to be installed to the standard set by South Yorkshire Police. 5. A copy of the South Yorkshire Police Violent Incident protocol is to be displayed within the premises in sight of staff. This protocol should also form part of staff training and training records to reflect such input. 6. The holder of the premises licence shall nominate a member of staff to remove and dispose of any litter outside the premises originating from their business. 7. Staff will ensure that rowdy crowds do not congregate in the premises. 8. Premises will be well lit to deter public nuisance and prevent trip hazards. 9. Children to be under supervision by parents. 10. Servery hatch to be locked at all times. 11. No members of public to be admitted past the servery, signs will be display to the front of the premises.
