1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2.Staff must ensure that customers leave the premises quietly at the close of business. 3.Challenge 21 Scheme must be in operation. 4.DPS must be the leading safeguarder. 5.Children under 16 years must be accommpanied by a person 18 or over at all times. 6. Persons under the age of 18 must be off the premises by 21:00 hours unless they are accompanied by an adult and dining or attending a private family function. 7. Any new floor surfaces in public areas shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 8. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 9. The premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Proection Service have inspected the premises with regard the electrical certificate, new floor surfaces and matters discussed during the consultation period, to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements. 10. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 28 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trainced in the use of the system. 11. A copy of the SYP Violent Incident Protocal to be displayed within the premises in sight of staff. This protocod should also form part of staff training and training records to reflect such input. 12. There shall be a zero tolerance policy in relation to drugs at the premises and there shall be regular checks by management to prevent the use of drugs by patrons. Drugs seized shall be stored securely and handed to the police, records will be kept of seisures and challenges and made available for inspection of the authorities.
