There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted, maintained and in use at all times whilst the premises are open. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of the management team will be trained in the use of the system. A copy of the specification dated January 2010 will be available at all times for inspection of the police and authorised officers. A copy of the SYP Violent Incident Protocol to be displayed within the premises in sight of staff. This protocol should also form part of staff training and training records to reflect such input. No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any time the premises are open to the public. Alcohol shall not be sold or supplied on the premises otherwise than to persons taking a table meal and ancillary to that meal. No person shall be allowed to leave the premises whilst in the possession of any drinking vessel or open glass bottle, whether empty or containing any beverage. There shall be a zero tolerance policy in relation to drugs at the premises and there shall be regular checks by management to prevent the use of drugs by patrons. Drugs seized shall be stored securely and handed to the police, records will be kept of seizures and challenges and made available for inspection of the authorities. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the authority has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the public safety authority will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. The licensee will give the responsible authorities a minimum of 14 days notice of the intended opening date of the premises. A recognised proof of age scheme must be operated in compliance with the multi agency guidance issued by the Safeguarding Children Board, Police and Trading Standards.
