Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this Licence until the authority has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the public safety authority will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. The licensee will give the responsible authorities a minimum of 14 days notice of the intended opening date of the premises. 3. The Premises will have full CCTV installed. 4. Only accredited proof of age cards will be accepted. 5. Staff will be trained for the Prevention of Crime and Disorder. 6. Signs will be in place on the premises stating the restrictions of sale of alcohol to under 18s. 7. Challenge 21 scheme will be in operation. 8. Take appropriate action to prevent groups of youths congregating outside the premises. 9. Two members of staff will be on the premises between 18:00 hours and 23:00 hours. 10. A refusals register will be used on the premises.
