There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. The DPS or designated member of staff must take a pro active approach to noise control, checking outside the premises to ensure that noise is kept to a reasonable level from patrons using external areas and manage noise levels internally so as not to cause a nuisance to the nearest noise sensitive property. No amplified sound shall be played except through an in-house amplified sound system fitted with a sound limiter. The settings of which shall have received the prior written approval of the Environmental Protection Service. Customers will be encouraged to leave the Premises with respect to the local area. There will be no rubbish collection or deliveries to the premises between 2300 to 0700 hours on any day of the week. When security staff are on the doors to supervise persons entering and exiting the Premises they will encourage customers to respect the neighbours when using the external facilities and to leave the premises quietly. The premises will become a member of the Sheffield Licence Watch Scheme. The premises and the surrounding area will be monitored by a CCTV system. A clear proof of age policy will be implemented on the premises at all times. The premises will provide the appropriate ratio of tables and chairs to customers based on the capacity of the premises. A fire risk assessment of the premises will be carried out regularly. All alarm systems will be serviced regularly and all fire extinguishers will be tested and certified. All firedoors at the premises will be easily opened and accessible at all times. Fire doors will be checked on a regular basis to ensure they function satisfactorily. There will be clear fire exit signs at the premises and detailed notices detailing action to be taken in a fire and all staff will be trained on emergency escapes. There will be adequate first aid equipment on the premises together with a trained first aider. Children will be permitted on the premises under the supervision of an adult until 16:00 hours. After 16:00 hours the premises will only be open to persons 18 or over.
