1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2.A colour CCTV system to the specification of South Yorkshire Police will be fitted and maintained at the premises. Any maintance or repairs to the system shall be carried out in an expedient manner. The Police shall be notified of any extended periods when the system is off-line for maintance or repair. The CCTV images will be stored for 31 days and the police and authorised officers of the council will be given access to images for the purposes in connection with the prevention and detection of crime and disorder. Members of management team will be trained in the use of the system. A copy of the specification dated January 2010 will be available at all times for inspection of the police and authorised officers. 3. Staff involved in the sale of alcohol will receive training on matters concerning underage sales, drug policies and operating procedures. 3. The premises will operate the Challenge 21 proof of age scheme. 4. A refusal book will be maintained at the premises and will be available to Responsible Authorities upon reasonable request. 5. Staff will be trained on matters of safety, evacuation and use of emergency equipement as required. 6. Suitable signage will be displayed at the premises concerning policies on age and identification.
