Additional Conditions

1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services,activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A CCTV system will be installed and maintained.Images will be made available to the police or local licensing officers on request. Images will be retained for a minimum period of 28 days 3. The premises will operate a challenge 25 scheme. 4. Notices will be displayed at all exits requiring that patrons respect the needs of neighbours and leave quietly. All doors and windows will be closed (save for excess and egree) when regulated entertainment is being provided. 5. Children must be accompanied by an adult and persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to remain on the premises after 21:00 hours. 6. On football match days, a designated area will be used for adults with children and unaccompanied young people. 7. The DPS will join and participate in the local Pub Watch. 8. A permanently fixed residual current device (RCD) must protect the electrical supply serving all amplified music equipment for the purposes of live music and DJ. 9.Indoor sporting events shall be restricted to traditional pub games. 10.No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this Licence until the authority has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirements of the public safety authority will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use.
