Additional Conditions
At the point of entry to the premises, a recognised proof of age scheme must be operated in compliance with the multi agency guidance issued by the Safeguarding Children Board, Police and Trading Standards. All staff must be aged 18 years or over. A record of each employee's name, address, national insurance number, photograph and date of birth will be retained in a bound register and these details must be checked and verified by the premises manager or premises licence holder, against other forms of identity (passport; photo-driving licence). These records must be retained at the premises for a minimum of 12 months from the date of employment and made available to officers of Responsible Authorities on request. No persons under the age of 18 years is permitted on the premises. A CCTV system is to be used and maintained and to be covered indoors and outdoors.
