Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. New floor surfaces in public areas and thoroughfares shall have a suitable non slip finish. 3. A satisfactory electrical certificate shall be provided for the premises. 4. A Building Regulation Completion certificate shall be submitted to the authority responsible for public safety. 5. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of the Licence until the authority has been notified that the premises are sutible. Any reasonable requirements of the public safety authority will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their inteded use. 6. No customers apparently carrying open bottles upon entry shall be admitted to the premises at any times the premises are open to the public. Drinks may not be removed from the premises in open containers save for consumption in any external area provided for that purpose. 7. The management of the premises will liaise with Police on issues of local concern or disorder. 8. Where CCTV is installed with recording facilities such recordings shall be retained for a periond of 31 days and made available within a reasonable time upon request by the police. 9. The maximum occupancy of the builiding (including staff) will be restricted to 40 persons. 10. To comply with the reasonable requirements of the fire officer from time to time. 11. Odours from cooking operations shall not emanate from the premises so as to cause a nuisance to nearby properties. 18. There must be adequate controls in place including staff training to safeguard against the sale of tobacco to persons under 18 years. 19.
