No irresponsible drinks promotions. 3. Staff training in the Licensing Act 2003, health and safety and food safety. 4. A comprehensive ventilation system must be installed. 5. A pest control system must be in place. 6. The premises will operate in a restaurant style which shall be primarily for the consumption of table meals, with seating and tables for dining and food available throughout the permitted hours. 7. No licensable activities will take place under the authority of this licence until the authority has been notified that the premises are suitable. Any reasonable requirement of the public safety authority will be complied with in order to ensure that the premises are suitable for their intended use. 8. Waste management system must be in place. 9. Risk assessments must be carried out for school visits and childrens parties.
