Additional Conditions
1. There shall be no adult entertainment or services, activities, other entertainment or matters ancillary to the use of the premises that may give rise to concern in respect of children. 2. A recognised proof of age scheme must be operated in compliance by the guidance issued by the Safeguarding Children Board, South Yorkshire Police and Sheffield City Council Trading Standards. This must include the maintenance of a Refusals Register. Staff must be trained to operate the scheme and staff training records must be maintained and made available to the authorities upon request. 3. Any new floor surfaces in public areas shall have a suitable non-slip finish. 4. Shelving and display units for the purposes of displaying alcohol must be of suitable design, construction and adequately secured. 5. The varied premises licence shall not become effective until the Health Protection Service have inspected the premises with regard to the shelving and any new floor surfaces to ensure that these items have been appropriately addressed in respect of service requirements. 6. A CCTV system will be installed and maintained, providing coverage in and around the premises. Images are to be retained for a period of 30 days and are to be available upon the reasonable request of authorised Officers. 7. The door giving access between the Off-Licence and the butchers shop must have controlled access with a keypad lock and a glazed vision panel. 8. The Challenge 25 scheme must operate including a refusals log, signage and the maintenance of staff training records. 9. The Designated Premises Supervisor, or other such responsible person, should be assigned to act as the co-ordinator for safeguarding systems at the premises. This person must act in compliance with the guidance and training provided by the Sheffield Safeguarding Children Board.
